The VIPower VX-120 + P 40 Electric Soft Wash Pump System Kit is a complete plug and play solution built for professional soft wash applications. Pre-assembled with a Comet P 40 diaphragm pump, this system delivers reliable electric performance without the hassle of gas engines.

The VX-120 motor provides up to 3.4 horsepower with adjustable speed control from 600 to 3600 RPM, giving you the flexibility to match output to your application. A totally enclosed fan cooled brushless DC motor, soft start technology, and 100 percent continuous duty rating help deliver long lasting, dependable operation in demanding environments.

Paired with the Comet P 40 diaphragm pump, the system delivers up to 11.0 GPM and 300 PSI. Choose between a pressure regulator configuration for manual pressure adjustment or a Spray-I configuration featuring a smart pressure transducer that automatically maintains consistent system pressure. The pump features a polypropylene housing and Buna diaphragms designed for compatibility with a wide range of soft wash chemicals.

Powered by the VIPower 56V DC battery platform, this kit delivers gas equivalent performance without fuel, fumes, or routine engine maintenance. The universal mounting design allows for easy integration into a variety of soft wash equipment setups, while the rugged construction is built to perform in temperatures ranging from 4°F to 122°F.
